« The are no opening windows in the room. The air conditioning system was uncontrollable. Without the ability to open the window, the room was extremely cold and completely uninhabitable. »

« Personnel à l'accueil agréable. Il faisait froid dans cette hôtel et dans la chambre. J'ai réussi à monter le chauffage dans la chambre mais dans la salle de bain, il faisait encore plus froid. Dommage que cet hôtel soit un peu à l'abandon, pas de petit déjeuner. J'ai également consulté leur site internet et avant, il y avait un spa/piscine. »

« We stayed for 2 nights. The location was perfect for dining options and walking into Lincoln centre of town. Carparking around the back was a bonus as was having hotel lifts. Breakfast was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but we did have just one glitch. The room air conditioner did not get cold enough for our liking. I definitely recommend this hotel »

« Lovely quaint hotel the 2nd oldest in Britain 1203 apparently, very busy and had a nice outside courtyard where there was live singing, we stayed as went to a Wedding near by but will definitely be going again, beds very comfortable and decent showers. Only downsides for us was that smoke form the courtyard wafted up into the room no fault of hotel but just an observation and Breakfast @£19 each was a little expensive we had breakfast a shot walk away which was half that and still great, plenty...
